Mr. Shahi is a distinguished Senior Chemist and analytical expert with over 30 years of experience in analytical testing, environmental monitoring, and technical consultancy. As the Executive Chairperson of Aastha Scientific Research Service Pvt. Ltd. since its establishment, he has provided strategic leadership and driven the organization's commitment to scientific excellence. He has led numerous water and wastewater quality monitoring, environmental assessment, and industrial monitoring projects as a Team Leader and Principal Investigator. Mr. Shahi holds an M.Sc. in Chemistry from Tribhuvan University and has received specialized training in analytical chemistry and environmental monitoring in Japan and India. His professional experience also includes serving as the Environmental Component Head of the SEAM Nepal Project and as Consultant Chemist for the High-Powered Committee for the Bagmati Sewerage Project. With his extensive technical expertise and leadership, Mr. Shahi continues to contribute significantly to environmental science and analytical research in Nepal.
Technical Director
Ms. Shakya is a highly experienced Senior Chemist and Analytical Expert with over 30 years of expertise in analytical chemistry, environmental monitoring, and laboratory management. As the Technical Director of Aastha Scientific Research Service Pvt. Ltd. since its establishment, she has played a key role in upholding the organization's technical excellence, quality assurance, and scientific standards. She has served as a Team Leader and Deputy Team Leader on numerous water and wastewater quality monitoring, environmental assessment, and pollution monitoring projects. Ms. Shakya holds an M.Sc. in Chemistry from Tribhuvan University and has completed specialized training in analytical chemistry, environmental monitoring, and laboratory quality management in Nepal and India. With her strong technical expertise, leadership, and commitment to quality, Ms. Shakya continues to contribute significantly to advancing analytical services and environmental research in Nepal.
Environmental Engineer
Mr. Pratap Bikram Shahi joined the company in 2020 and has been leading environmental design and engineering projects. He is currently on academic leave to pursue his doctoral studies. Research Program Officer
Ms. Sangita Ghimire joined the company in 2021 and has been leading the ongoing research program focused on the development of bio-agricultural products. She is currently on academic leave to pursue her doctoral studies. Ms. Ghimire is currently a PhD candidate in the Department of Biology at the University of Illinois Chicago (UIC).
